Dr. Pushpendra Tiwari

Dr. Pushpendra Tiwari is a distinguished academician, accomplished researcher, and seasoned higher-education administrator with an extensive career spanning 33 years in teaching, research, and institutional leadership. He currently serves as the Registrar & Director at Mansarovar Global University, where he leads university administration, research governance, faculty development, and academic regulatory functions.He earned his Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry (1999) from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya, specializing in Coordination Chemistry under the guidance of Prof. R.C. Maurya and Dr. D.D. Mishra. He completed his M.Sc. (1992) and B.Sc. (1990) from RDVV Jabalpur and HSSC (1986) from MP Board Bhopal.Dr. Tiwari has served in several prestigious institutions, with one of the most impactful phases of his career spanning a full decade (2013–2023) at SSSUTMS, where he held multiple key leadership roles. His SSSUTMS tenure includes service as Professor, Deputy Registrar, Dean Engineering, Professor & Head – Chemistry, Coordinator – Ph.D. Cell, and Chief Hostel Warden. During this period, he contributed extensively to academic restructuring, Ph.D. regulatory processes, examination reforms, student support systems, and quality enhancement across the university ecosystem.Before joining SSSUTMS, he contributed academically and administratively at institutions including St. Aloysius Institute of Technology, Jabalpur, VITS Engineering College Jabalpur, and Hitkarini College Jabalpur, where he worked in capacities such as Professor & Head, Principal / Chief Administrative Officer, Examination In-charge, and Associate Professor & Head (Chemistry). His service record also spans responsibilities as Examiner, Co-Examiner, Superintendent, Inspector (R.D. University examinations), IGNOU & MP Bhoj University Counselor, NCC Officer, and NSS Programme Officer.A prolific researcher, Dr. Tiwari has authored 83 research papers, contributing to domains such as coordination chemistry, HPLC method development & validation, pharmaceutical analysis, environmental chemistry, water-quality assessment, metal complex synthesis, spectroscopic analysis, nanofiltration and ultrafiltration studies, among others.
